For Internet Explorer 6:

1. Click on Tools on the Menubar and Select Internet Options
2. Press on the Privacy Tab
3. Make your setting at least Low or Accept all cookies (Lowest)
4. Add item to cart and you should see the Shopping Cart box increment by 1
5. Click on Cart and you can check out
